Job details
CA / ACMA with at least 06 years of post-qualification experience or ACCA / MBA with at least 09 years of experience. Must have experience of Rules & Regulations of Regulatory Framework.
Responsibilities:
Supervising and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Overseeing the compliance of SSGC's license conditions, performance and service standards.
Preparing MIS data reports for senior management on consumer complaints.
Coordinating with concerned departments for CNG stations as per the OGRA rules.
Responding to Audit for OGRA policies and supervising regulatory and statutory obligations.
Ensuring implementation of measures for improving the structure for complaints resolution and complaint management.
Achieving high professional and technical standards ensuring an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, guidance, standards, and techniques.
Knowledge of Rules, Regulations, Ordinance, and other applicable laws.
Undertaking any other assignment as instructed by senior management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
