Job Description A leading organisation is looking for an Executive Relationship Manager to join their team. The main purpose of the role is to proactively manage the relationships with the company's Franchise Directors and the company's Business Executives, by supporting and servicing them in order to promote new and maintain existing relationships with Invest business Responsibilities: Effectively manage the relationship with the company's Franchise Directors & the company's Business Executives to ensure outstanding service. Ensure that all service requests are handled within the agreed upon Service Level Agreements and that appropriate service recovery is done where there are failures. Actively manage trends such as; incorrect submissions, escalation trends. Manage special requests from the company's Franchise Directors & the company's Business Executives. Coordinate training sessions for new advisors/BCs/FDs to educate on business practices. Educate/train the company's Franchise Directors & the company's Business Executives on self-service functionalities on the web, products, transaction, communication channels etc. Understand and articulate the company's Invests service as compared to competitors. Requirements: B.Com or equivalent FAIS accreditation. 3-5 years' experience in the Investment industry. Must be willing to travel locally if required. Have own transport.
