Position Overview We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in React, Django, and a keen interest in LLM and AI to join our growing team. You will lead the design and development of scalable AI products & APIs across the recruiting stack. At Recrew.ai, you will work alongside a team of super smart Software Engineers & ML Engineers. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust Frontend and Backend of a suite of AI products & APIs - supporting our mission to revolutionise recruiting with AI. Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on Development : Design and develop complex AI-driven features, setting coding standards and best practices for React on the frontend and Django on the backend.
• Code Review & Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough code reviews and implement quality assurance processes, ensuring clean, efficient, and secure code across the platform.
• Architectural Planning : Collaborate on and oversee system architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and robustness of our AI-powered recruitment platform.
• Optimisation & Scalability : Continuously optimise frontend and backend code for performance and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Technical Innovation : Keep up with industry trends and innovations, proactively suggesting improvements to our technology stack and development processes.

• Experience : 4+ years of full-stack web development experience
• Extensive experience with Django and DRF for API development.
• Proficiency in React with experience in Redux, React Hooks, component libraries, etc
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript , HTML5 , and CSS3 .
• The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and demonstrated team-player.
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining scalable secure RESTful APIs
• Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Testing & CI/CD : Familiarity with test-driven development, automated testing, etc.
• Version Control & Collaboration : Proficient with Git and version control best practices.

• Experience building & shipping 0-to-1 products
• Experience in building & shipping AI/ML/LLM Applications
• Experience with DevOps & LLM Ops on GCP
• Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working in Agile development environments, specifically with Scrum or Kanban.
