Position Description: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage a range of HR functions, including employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to organizational growth and foster a positive work culture. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior HR professionals and other key members of the HR- Admin team, to support various human resources initiatives.
- Employee Records and Documentation: Keep HRIS data and employee records up to date, handle all paperwork for the employee lifecycle, and prepare audit documentation to ensure compliance.
- Training and Development: Arrange training activities, monitor participation, and collect feedback to enhance training programs.
- Policy Administration and Compliance: Assist with the implementation and updates of HR policies, ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage attendance and leave tracking, assist with payroll processing, maintain health insurance documentation, and respond to employee questions regarding payroll and benefits.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Facilitate team building and wellness events and help improve workplace culture through various initiatives.
- Performance Management and Appraisals: Coordinate appraisal schedules, ensure appraisals are conducted on time, and offer advice on feedback and setting goals.
- Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees’ experience
- A young and dynamic HR professional with relevant experience of minimum of 3-4 years
- Age group 25-28 Years
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive data
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Preferable - Graduate/ post-graduate from a reputed college/ university in HR
