Job Overview: We are seeking an entrepreneurial Creative Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating compelling ad creatives, a strong understanding of Meta's advertising platforms, and the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously. This role involves leading the entire creative workflow process, from ideation to execution, and mentoring a small team of talented copywriters and designers. Key Responsibilities: Lead Creative Workflow Process:
- Oversee the end-to-end creative process for Meta Ads, including research, ideation, copywriting, design, testing, and iteration.
- Develop and implement innovative ad concepts that resonate with target audiences and drive performance.
- Manage and execute creative projects for multiple brands simultaneously, ensuring each brand's unique voice and objectives are met.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all creative outputs.
- Build and mentor a small team of young copywriters and designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Evaluate and integrate AI tools and workflows to streamline processes and improve creative productivity.
- Stay updated on the latest AI and industry trends to continuously enhance the creative process.
- Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a large e-commerce marketplace or a DTC Brand
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) with a focus on creating high-performing ad creatives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously.
- Excellent copywriting and design skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with AI tools for creative processes.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with experience mentoring creative professionals.
- Strong research and analytical skills to inform creative strategies and iterations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Experience with other social media advertising platforms (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter).
