We also won the Employee of the Year award for one of our team members at ERP Today.About Role:We're looking for a skilled Generative AI and Chatbot Specialist to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered conversational systems. If you have expertise in NLP, chatbots, and delivering top-notch user experiences, this role is for you.Responsibilities:Build and deploy AI-driven chatbots using Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA).Integrate and fine-tune generative AI models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Cohere).Optimize conversational flows for accuracy and user engagement.Integrate bots with backend systems and ensure cross-platform functionality.Monitor performance, resolve issues, and implement enhancements.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in chatbot development and conversational AI.Proficiency in NLP, machine learning, Python/JavaScript, and tools like OpenAI or AWS Lex.Experience with large language models and fine-tuning techniques.Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with cloud platforms (Oracle OCI, Azure).Knowledge of analytics tools for bot performance monitoring.
