This collaboration enhances our capabilities to offer state-of-the-art technology and tools to our valued educational and research community.We are seeking a skilled and motivated Regional Sales Manager with expertise in selling CAD, CAM, CAE, 3D experiences tools to join our team in Pune. This role involves working closely with higher education and research institutions, managing partners, and driving sales activities to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aeronautical Engineering and demonstrate consistent delivery of results.Key Responsibilities:Sales Management: Sales management involves developing strategies, conducting product presentations, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.Client and Partner Management:The job involves building and maintaining strong relationships with higher education and research institutions, managing partnerships to maximize sales opportunities, and providing accurate sales forecasts and reports.Team Leadership and Collaboration:Collaborate with application engineering team for client technical support, marketing for promotional activities, and lead sales team to achieve collective goals.Travel:Travel extensively (approximately 60-70% of the time) to client sites and partner meetings.Attend industry conferences and events to stay updated on the latest trends and developments.Qualifications:Educational Background:Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aeronautical Engineering.Technical Skills:Knowledge of CAD, CAM and CAE tools.Strong sales acumen and understanding of technical sales processes.Excellent presentation and communication skills.
