As we expand our operations, we're seeking an IT Security and Support Associate who is passionate about safeguarding digital assets and ensuring a seamless technological experience for our team.As part of the SBA team, the IT Security and Support Associate will be integral in protecting our organization's digital infrastructure and providing exceptional desktop support. This role involves a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and clear communication to develop and implement robust cybersecurity measures and IT processes.Key Responsibilities: Design and enforce cybersecurity strategies to protect sensitive information and systems against cyber threats.Offer comprehensive desktop support to resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring operational efficiency and employee productivity.Create, revise, and uphold IT process documents, including but not limited to security protocols, operational procedures, and best practice guidelines.Perform regular security assessments and audits to preemptively identify vulnerabilities and enforce corrective measures.Collaborate across departments to tailor IT support and security solutions that meet the diverse needs of our dynamic teams.Remain abreast of the latest in cybersecurity trends and technologies, ensuring SBA's IT practices are ahead of potential threats.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields.Demonstrable experience in IT support roles with a strong focus on cybersecurity and process documentation.
