We encourage applications from health underwriters eager to transition into consulting, providing them with an excellent pathway into high-level client advisory and strategic roles.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and capture new business opportunities within the group health insurance domain, focusing on B2B clients.Develop customized health insurance solutions to meet the complex needs of corporate clients.Engage with decision-makers at senior levels to drive business growth.Client Servicing & Relationship ManagementServe as a primary point of contact for key clients, providing proactive support to ensure client satisfaction.Manage end-to-end client servicing, from onboarding to claims management and renewals.Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service delivery and ensure compliance with all service level agreements (SLAs).Consulting & AnalyticsConduct in-depth analysis of claims, risk exposure, and cost trends to provide data-driven consulting services.Work with actuarial and underwriting teams to assess risk profiles and recommend tailored insurance packages.Prepare and present strategic insights and recommendations based on data analytics to optimize client benefits and reduce costs.Health Underwriting (for Interested Candidates)Leverage underwriting experience to support the consulting function, transitioning skills into client advisory and strategic consultation.Provide detailed risk assessments to support product development and pricing strategies.Key Skills and Qualifications:Experience: 4-10 years of experience in group health insurance, with strong exposure to B2B sales, client servicing, and analytics.Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
