Job Title: SEO+PPCExperience: 2-3 YearsLocation: MohaliJob Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:SEO:· Conduct in-depth keyword research to guide content creation and optimize existing pages.· Perform on-page and off-page SEO to increase organic search visibility.· Regularly audit the website to identify opportunities for improvement in technical SEO, such as page speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data.· Implement link-building strategies and monitor backlink profiles to improve domain authority.PPC Campaigns:· Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.· Conduct keyword bidding, adjust budgets, and optimize ad copy to improve campaign performance.· Continuously monitor and refine targeting, landing pages, and ad placements to improve CTR and conversion rates.· A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to identify the best-performing assets.Analytics & Reporting:· Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console to track website performance and campaign results.· Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting KPIs, insights, and recommendations for optimization.· Analyze user behaviour and traffic patterns to provide actionable insights and improve overall campaign performance.Collaboration:· Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure all SEO and PPC efforts are aligned with business goals.· Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing strategies with wider business objectives and contribute to overall marketing growth.Stay Updated:· Keep up with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and PPC.· Test new tools, platforms, and marketing approaches to drive innovation and stay ahead of competitors.Qualifications and Skills:· 2-3 years of proven experience in SEO and PPC campaign management.· Strong proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Bing Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).· Demonstrated ability to improve search rankings, drive organic traffic, and maximize ROI in PPC campaigns.· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.· Experience with A/B testing, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization.· Excellent communication and organizational skills.Preferred Skills:· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website optimization best practices.· Experience with other paid media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.· Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns concurrently.What We Offer:· Competitive compensation and benefits to reward your expertise.· 5-day workweek for a healthy work-life balance.· Health insurance benefits· Access to the latest tools and resources to expand your digital marketing expertise.· A supportive team culture focused on professional development.
