You will lead a team of marketers, manage multi-channel campaigns, and build brand awareness to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is data-driven, customer-obsessed, and has a proven track record of scaling D2C brands.Key Areas of Responsibility:1. Strategic Planning & Brand Positioningo Define the brand's strategic positioning, ensuring alignment with ourmission and values.o Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drivebrand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty.o Establish clear goals, KPIs, and reporting structures to measure theimpact of marketing efforts.2. Performance Marketingo Oversee all digital marketing channels (paid social, search, email,SEO, etc.) to ensure consistent growth.o Develop, execute, and optimize data-driven campaigns to maximizeROAS and conversion rates.o Work closely with the analytics team to assess campaign performanceand continuously refine strategies.3. Customer Acquisition & Retentiono Drive customer acquisition strategies to expand our audience andincrease brand reach.o Develop and implement retention marketing programs, including CRM,email, and loyalty initiatives, to enhance customer lifetime value.o Leverage customer insights to build personalized and engagingcampaigns that drive customer loyalty.4. Content & Creative Developmento Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content thatresonates with our target audience.o Oversee content strategy across all platforms (social, blog, website,etc.) to ensure cohesive storytelling.o Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and reinforce ourunique value proposition.5. Revenueo Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy for D2C, thataligns with business goals.o Own the revenue forecasting and planning process, including settingtargets and identifying growth levers. Collaborate closely with product,operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless executionof brand initiatives.6. Market Research & Competitor Analysiso Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends andcompetitive activity.o Use data insights to identify new growth opportunities and refine thebrand's positioning.o Ensure we are at the forefront of customer trends, particularly in theD2C space.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA oradvanced degree preferred. Exceptional storytelling and creative thinking skills. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a seniorleadership role within a D2C or e-commerce brand. Proven track record of building and executing successful multi-channelmarketing campaigns. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and performance marketingmetrics. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset; experience with CRM andmarketing automation tools is a plus. Experience managing and developing a marketing team. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesand thrive in a fast-paced environment.
