Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in recruiting, nurturing, and retaining top talent while driving organizational excellence through effective career planning, training, and development strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management, with a focus on delivering key performance indicators (KPIs).Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interviewing.Negotiate job offers, compensation, and other employment terms with prospective hires.Leverage social media platforms and job portals to attract top talent.Career Planning & Development:Design and implement career development plans and succession planning strategies.Facilitate competency mapping to align employee skills with organizational goals.Promote internal mobility and opportunities for professional growth.Training & Development:Develop and execute employee training programs tailored to organizational and individual needs.Assess training effectiveness and ensure alignment with the competency matrix.Drive initiatives for continuous learning and development.Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving grievances.Act as a trusted advisor for employees, ensuring open communication and alignment with company policies.Performance & KPI Management:Monitor team and individual performance against established KPIs.Develop and implement strategies for improving employee performance.Collaborate with department heads to ensure delivery of organizational objectives.Team Management:Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure efficient delivery of talent management functions.Drive collaboration across departments for integrated HR initiatives.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).Proven experience minimum 5+ yearsSalary upto 6LPA6 days working (Onsite)Job Location- IndoreWhy Join Us?Be part of a forward-thinking organization that values innovation and employee growth.Collaborate with a diverse and driven team in a supportive environment.Opportunity to contribute to the strategic goals of the company.
