Role Overview for Director of Operations: As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, optimising and scaling our core operations. You will spearhead efforts to streamline processes, foster cross-functional collaboration, and develop strategies that drive efficiency and growth. Your role will be crucial in aligning our operational practices with the broader vision of the company, helping us build a sustainable and impactful spiritual tech platform. What You'll Do: Operational Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive operational strategy that aligns with the company's mission and growth goals. Operational Excellence: Building systems and processes to create a habit of operational excellence across the operating teams that translates into high NPS. Process Innovation: Identify bottlenecks, design scalable processes, and implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and performance. Team Building and Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data insights to inform operational decisions, optimise performance metrics, and drive sustainable growth.
