Experience :1 to 3 years into customer serviceResponsibilities :1) Order processing and Master data maintenance in SAP B12) Coordination with 3PL (Warehouse)for tracking order shipment status and open orders.3) Issues handling and resolution with 3PL , SAP, Supply chain4) Reconciliation of open orders in SAP and 3PL systems5) Updating sales blankets in SAP(Product pricing)Whenever directed by the US sales team6 )Checking failure report daily to avoid failure to supply from the customersSkill Required : 1) Good written and oral communication skills to coordinate with US sales team and customers2) Good Excel skills for data reporting and database management3) Understanding of CRM and general sales planning activities4) Experience in customer service roles and SAP5) Flexible to work on US TimingsLocation : Andheri , Mumbai AGG
