In this role, you will primarily function as an individual contributor, taking ownership of key responsibilities for Workafella & it's parent group of Rattha. You will also be in charge of managing our brands' positioning in the market and raising brand awareness by developing persuasive, targeted campaigns. On the PR side, you will be monitoring the public image of our company, ensuring adequate media coverage, and cultivating strong relationships with media representatives.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust strategic organizational public relations program. This program's goal is to ensure that the organization seen as a leader in their Category and field.Responsible for brand management and content distribution strategies, marketing communication, advertising, partnership development, and managing overall execution of the communications goals.Serve as the media relations expert and help to establish Organisation and its members as thought leaders to a broader audience. Through integrated public relations, this position will continue to increase the visibility of the organization's many programs, events, and initiatives to the larger community.Manages strategic proactive media outreach by identifying Companies brand awareness opportunities; takes initiative to act upon these opportunities to achieve results.Create compelling and engaging content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media updates, to communicate our brand message effectively.Hands-on experience in creating innovative campaigns to engage with the public and media.Identifies trends and leverages opportunities within the industry, through the use of social and digital tools and channels.Leads and provides strategic direction on new projects. Manages and prioritizes staff time to fulfil cyclical as well as new projects as needed.Qualification and Experience:MBA in Marketing/ Communications/Public Relations/ Journalism or a related field, with 7+ years of relevant work experience in Branding & Public RelationExperience managing media relations and marketing campaigns required, Real Magnet experience a plus.Exceptional written, oral, proofreading, branding, design oversight, interpersonal and presentation skill set.Management, analysis and growth of social and branding campaigns with measured results.Ability to build and maintain beneficial media relationships on an organization's behalf.Ability to work creatively and with flexibility in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high work standards.
