As an Automation Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks and test cases for various applications and services. Your role will involve utilizing one or more of the following tools and technologies: Selenium using Java or Python, Cypress, Katalon, API testing, SAP, SAP + Tosca, Playwright, ETL/Data Testing, Spring Boot, and Kafka. You will collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.Key Responsibilities:Automation Testing: Perform automation testing using one or more tools such as Selenium & Java/Python or Cypress or Katalon or Tosca automation on SAP or Playwright or ETL/Data Testing or Spring Boot and Kafka or Mobile automation tools like Appium (or) API Test Automation: Design and implement automated tests for APIs to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance (Or)ETL/Data Automation Testing: Automate tests for ETL processes and data pipelines to validate data accuracy and integrity.Mandatory Experience in:Automation Development: Create and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using tools suited to your expertise.Programming: Use Java or Python to develop and execute automated tests for functional, integration, and performance testing.Microservices Testing: Validate Spring Boot microservices and Kafka-based messaging systems for functionality and performance.Integration: Incorporate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and delivery.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.4 to 10 years of experience in automation testing with expertise in at least one tool such as Selenium, Java, Python or Cypress or Katalon or Tosca or API automation testing, or Playwright.Strong programming skills in Java or Python.Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications (good to have):Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies AGG
