We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end procurement for IT hardware, software, services, and more, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and vendor management.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily IT procurement activities for hardware (laptops, servers, networking equipment) and software (licenses, SaaS products).Manage both Capex and Opex procurement for IT materials and services, including data center infrastructure, hosting, IT services, and AMC contracts.Lead vendor negotiations, achieving cost savings while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring compliance with SLAs.Liaise with stakeholders for requirement gathering and ensure timely execution of purchase orders.Generate regular reports on savings, TATs, and vendor performance.Utilize SAP Ariba and Microsoft Office tools to maintain procurement records and generate MIS reports.Qualifications & Experience:5-7 years of experience in indirect IT procurement, with a focus on IT hardware, software, and services.Experience in eCommerce, retail, or BFSI industries is preferred.Expertise in procurement tools, including SAP Ariba, and knowledge of best practice processes.Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Familiarity with IT infrastructure, emerging technologies, and e-auctions/e-RFX.Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (Certifications in Supply Chain/Procurement are a plus).If you're looking for a challenging and dynamic role in IT procurement, apply now to be a part of our growing team!
