JOB Description :Must be an expert in Workday HCM module (includes Business process) configuration and setup configuration). Experience in all phases of the workday implementation cycle, including analysis, design, unit-test, system test and deployment. Hands-on experience in Production support. Ability to Envision, Model and perform system configuration of data flows and workflows.Work with various groups and third-party vendors to gather business requirements, analyze, and provide conceptual and detail design to meet business needs.As a team member is accountable for success of project engagements Responsible for day-to-day activities as determined by the Project Manager/Team LeadStrong communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Good exposure to MS-Office tools. Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business process decisions related to functional areas Willing to work in shifts. Having Workday certification will be an added advantage. AGG
