The brand operates a D2C e-commerce store (www.urbanhippieofficial.com). Founder is a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in luxury, lifestyle, fashion industry. Role DescriptionYou will be responsible for driving brand awareness and customer engagement on Urban Hippie's social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook. This is a high exposure role with immense learning where you will work directly with the Founder. Manage all social media handles - Instagram, Facebook, Youtube Create high quality short-form content - stories, reels, videos, posts Develop ideas for shooting product and model videosManage customer interactions and handle inbound queriesTrack and analyze performance using tools (e.g Google analytics) to understand what's working and not workingDevelop and own the relationships with external influencers, bloggers, content creators Role Requirements Someone who lives and breathes social media with atleast 3 years of work experienceAttitude to roll up your sleeve and deliver high quality work without guidanceYou need to be a hands on operator who doesn't say noExceptional verbal and written skills (English) AGG
