Job Title: Senior Executive - Payroll and ComplianceJob Description:The Senior Executive - Payroll and Compliance will be responsible for efficiently managing payroll processing and compliance with applicable labor laws, while also maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee master data. This role involves handling critical operations, managing employee attendance, maintaining education and personal records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of payroll processes with high attention to detail and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:Payroll Processing:Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.Calculate deductions, incentives, and benefits as per company policy.Coordinate with finance and HR departments to address payroll discrepancies.Compliance Management:Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.Prepare and submit statutory filings on time (e.g., PF, ESI, TDS).Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise management on necessary adjustments.Master Data Maintenance:Maintain accurate master data for all employees, including personal details, educational information, and work history.Regularly update data to reflect any changes in employee information or status.Attendance and Leave Management:Monitor and track attendance records and manage leave balances.Coordinate with department heads to resolve attendance-related discrepancies.Generate monthly attendance and leave reports for payroll processing.Documentation and Paperwork:Handle and maintain all required HR paperwork, including onboarding documents, contract amendments, and exit formalities.Ensure document storage complies with company policies and privacy standards.Support audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation and data as required.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in payroll processing and compliance, preferably in the real estate or similar industry.Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory regulations, and tax requirements.Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
