KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Marketing Operations & Campaign SupportCampaign Execution: Ensure smooth execution of campaigns by handling vendor coordination, invoice approvals, and logistical support.Inventory Management: Track promotional materials and ensure availability during campaigns.Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with the company's guidelines.2. Vendor Management & PaymentsVendor Relations: Maintain relationships with vendors (e.g., media agencies) and ensure efficient coordination.Purchase Orders & Contracts: Handle the preparation and approval of purchase orders and contracts for marketing services.3. Process Improvement & AutomationOptimize Operations: Identify process improvements in operations, particularly around campaign support and vendor management.4. Budget Management & Cost ControlMonitor Marketing Budgets: Track departmental budgets, ensuring that spends align with allocated budgets.Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses without compromising quality.5. Billing & Invoicing ManagementEnsure Accurate Billing: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely invoices for marketing services.Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors to resolve any billing discrepancies.Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of all financial transactions related to marketing activities.6. Reporting & MISGenerate Reports: Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on operations, billing, and financials for management review.Data Accuracy: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial and operational data in reports.7. Team CollaborationInternal Coordination: Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to ensure operational goals align with the company's financial objectives.Support to Senior Management: Provide insights to senior management on billing and operations performance.
