KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Marketing Operations & Campaign SupportCampaign Execution: Ensure smooth execution of campaigns by handling vendor coordination, invoice approvals, and logistical support.Inventory Management: Track promotional materials and ensure availability during campaigns.Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with the company's guidelines.2. Vendor Management & PaymentsVendor Relations: Maintain relationships with vendors (e.g., media agencies) and ensure efficient coordination.Purchase Orders & Contracts: Handle the preparation and approval of purchase orders and contracts for marketing services.3. Process Improvement & AutomationOptimize Operations: Identify process improvements in operations, particularly around campaign support and vendor management.4. Budget Management & Cost ControlMonitor Marketing Budgets: Track departmental budgets, ensuring that spends align with allocated budgets.Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses without compromising quality.5.
