We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our growing B2B SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SEO strategy development, on-page and off-page optimization, and driving organic traffic in a B2B environment. You will lead our SEO initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive performance improvements to support our business objectives and enhance our digital presence.Key Responsibilities:SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to B2B SaaS, focusing on lead generation, content optimization, and improving search rankings for relevant business keywords.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SEO professionals, ensuring alignment with broader digital marketing and business goals.On-Page & Technical SEO: Oversee the optimization of website content, metadata, URL structure, and technical elements to improve visibility and user experience. Conduct regular SEO audits to identify and resolve issues such as site speed, crawlability, and mobile optimization.Keyword Research & Content Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research and develop content strategies that target long-tail keywords, industry-specific terms, and solutions that drive inbound leads.SEO Analytics & Reporting: Use SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar to monitor SEO performance. Provide actionable insights through regular reporting, highlighting areas for improvement and growth.Content Strategy & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the content team to create SEO-optimized content (blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, etc.) that drives organic traffic and supports lead generation goals.Link Building & Domain Authority: Drive link-building initiatives to improve domain authority, utilizing outreach, partnerships, and other effective link-building tactics for B2B SaaS sites.Lead Generation Optimization: Develop SEO strategies that align with sales funnel optimization and contribute to generating qualified leads for the sales team.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, sales, customer success, and development teams to align SEO efforts with business goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors' SEO strategies, benchmark performance, and identify opportunities for improvement or new strategies to stay ahead in the market.Qualifications:Experience: 6-8 years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.B2B SaaS Expertise: Proven experience working with B2B SaaS companies, understanding the unique challenges of driving organic traffic, generating leads, and improving customer acquisition through SEO.Technical SEO: Strong knowledge of technical SEO, including website structure, schema markup, mobile optimization, page speed, and server-side considerations.SEO Tools Proficiency: Extensive experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.Content Strategy: Demonstrated ability to build and execute content strategies that align with SEO best practices and contribute to lead generation and thought leadership.Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that improve performance.Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team, set clear goals, and foster collaboration across departments.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Preferred Skills:Experience with B2B Lead Generation: Expertise in driving B2B SaaS lead generation through organic search.Familiarity with CRM/Marketing Automation Tools: Experience working with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce, and integrating SEO efforts with lead nurturing strategies.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Knowledge of CRO principles, especially how SEO can influence conversion optimization strategies for SaaS businesses.
