As an authorized system integrator of Siemens, we are dedicated to driving digital transformation in the industrial sector.Position: Sales Manager - Dairy Processing Automation & ProjectsLocation: Tamilnadu, IndiaExperience: Minimum 5 years in capital equipment sales in dairy plants or dairy plant automation salesKey Responsibilities:-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for dairy processing automation and project solutions.Identify and establish new business opportunities in the dairy processing sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with dairy plant operators, managers, and decision-makers.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing technical guidance.Generate leads through industry networks, trade shows, and targeted campaigns.Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions tailored to client requirements.Provide technical expertise and consultancy on automation systems and projects to prospective clients.Conduct site visits to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.Work with design and estimation teams to prepare comprehensive proposals, including pricing and technical specifications.Present proposals to clients, addressing queries, and ensuring alignment with their needs.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in dairy plant automation.Provide market feedback to the management team for strategic planning.Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless execution of awarded projects.Liaise with engineering and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.Qualifications & Requirements:-Minimum 5 years of experience in capital equipment sales in dairy plants or dairy plant automation sales.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Automation) or related field is preferred.Skills:Strong technical understanding of dairy plant processes and automation systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteOther Requirements:Willingness to travel extensively within the region.Strong network within the dairy processing industry is a plus.Why Join Goose?Be a part of a fast-growing automation company leading the charge in industrial digital transformation.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the automation industry.A dynamic work environment with a focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and personal growth.
