We are looking for a Search and Social Performance Marketing Talent to join our awesome marketing team having expert knowledge in various search and social platforms like Google Ads, SA360, Bing Ads, Apple Search, Amazon Search, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Insta, Tiktok, Pinterest, Snapchat etc.If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of the team, we'd like to meet you.The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.Sounds like you? Ensuring optimal levels of resource utilization and keep the internal & external stakeholders updatedEnsuring quality delivery as per the defined SLAsDrive team adherence to all the internal/ external tools and processesKeep the team motivated through regular touch points/ team engagement activitiesDetail-oriented with strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills for a variety of audiences (internal or external)Sense of ownership; very responsible for team/ client management, performance monitoring & reviewsEnd to end campaign management experience in running paid ads on meta, linkedin, twitter, etcKeep up to date with industry news and developments; stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and regularly documenting search engine industry trends across web/mobile platforms and adopting new/best practices on an ongoing basisDrive new tests, analyze performance and provide insights on how performance could be improvedJob specific Knowledge & Skills Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on online marketing tools and best practice2-5 yrs of experience in Paid Social ads specificallyExperience in Meta, Instagram , Linkedin, twitter and end to end campaign management specifically reach and frequency campaignsTeam & Client management skillsSubject-matter-expert for SearchEffective time-management skillsStrong analytical skills, critical thinker and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Excel, Word and Power Point skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of different digital marketing channels is a plus AGG
