JOB RESPONSIBILITY • Achieve volume objectives set as per Business Plan (BP) & execute the sales strategy as per directives as per BP • Develop key accounts for optimal representation and maintain good service level. Frequently interact with key accounts and conduct product/application specific seminars with the help of Segment Manager. • Develop distributor network so to open potential market. Keep service levels the best and also maintain good relationship with the distributors to them a sense of bonding and stability. • Managing conflict with the distributors related to issues. • Interface with network and consumers in keeping with a well formulated market visit plan to solicit, maintain, retain and expand business. • Map & analyse industrial areas to improve on product segment penetration. • Ensure collection of receivables in accordance with credit policy. • Report up-to-date information on competition and environment to superior at least on monthly basis. • Monitor and provide support to reporting Officers to execute their functions as per desired objective and to recommend training courses which would improve their performance. • Ensure all aspects of the company's Health and Safety Policy are adhered to. • Market Expansion & intelligence for the strategy making in their territory JOB CONTEXT & PURPROSE • Indian modified bitumen Industry is entering a period where rapid growth is promised due to demands for the creation of suitable road networks essential if the country is to maintain its required high growth rates. • The culture, business practices and safety consciousness in India require considerable adapting to and management attention • Production plants are expected to be run in accordance with international standards with due regard to safety, quality and ethics • Create a technical reference team, operational for India, able to anticipate and answer the bitumen and asphalt market demands in an efficient way. • Industry is not organized to a greater extent hence creates the challenges & concerns for professionally driven, MNC organization.JOB SPECIFICATIONS • BE/BE Tech. & MBA-Marketing(Preferable) ; Experience- 3-7 years • Target-oriented, dynamic. - Analytical ability and negotiation skills. • Planning and Organizing- Market visits, Channel management, Brand visibility activities etc. • Should be good at communication(both Regional and English) and also profluent in drafting mails and preparing product related presentations.
