Reports To: Sr. Manager - Digital / Associate Director - DigitalTop 5 things you will do in your role:Client Servicing: Managing client expectations and maintaining a healthy working relationship with them. Community Management: Social media community management for various properties like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. for our clients including posting & scheduling content, managing queries, creating conversations, mapping influencers, and more.Content Writing: Creating content for our clients for social media, websites, blogs, and more. Account Operations: Ensuring smooth functioning of the account internally to help meet all deliverables including coordination with design teams, media teams, managers, and other important stakeholders involved.Planning: Help plan on the account when it comes to campaigns and engagements, quarterly planning, annual planning closely with the managers on the account.
