Job Title: Senior Specialist - Software EngineeringLocation: IndiaJob Description:We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Senior Specialist - Software Engineering with a strong focus on MS Power Platform skills for our PAN India. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-12 years of overall experience in software engineering, including a minimum of 3 years specifically using MS Power Platform.Key Responsibilities:Mandate Skills: Power Apps + Power Automate + Cloud flows + Data Verse (min 2 projects or more than 6 months exp)- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of development using MS PowerAutomate Power Apps, from requirement gathering to BOT development, deployment, and operational support.- Independently gather requirements with Business Subject Matter Experts, assessing automation opportunities, conducting technical feasibility, and providing solutions from RPA and other applicable technology perspectives.- Implement extensive exception handling for the BOTs from both technical and operations perspectives.- Comply with design and coding standards, policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality software development.- Develop and configure automation processes as per the technical design document (TDD) and defined requirements.- Identify internal and external process dependencies and report to management.- Develop automated processes using Meta BOTs, OCR, and reusable components.- Create and test unit Test Cases and provide support to SMEs during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Key Skills/Experience:- Minimum of 6-12 years of total experience in software engineering.- Minimum of 3 years experience in MS Power Platform.- Exceptional technical and analytical skills.- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with team members, management, and clients.We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and encourage applications from all qualified candidates.
