The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in talent acquisition, specializing in executive-level hiring. This role will be pivotal in shaping the talent strategy, ensuring we attract and secure top-tier talent in leadership and sales roles. Candidates with a focus on technical recruitment will not be eligible.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for executive and sales positions global locations, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experienceStakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior leadership and business heads to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and create effective hiring strategiesCandidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing methods, including headhunting, executive search firms, networking, and digital recruitment platforms to identify and engage high-calibre candidatesAssessment and Selection: Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, behavioural interviews, and competency evaluations to gauge fit, cultural alignment, and potential for long-term successMarket Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor movements, and talent availability to adapt recruitment strategies and attract top executive talent in the competitive IT services landscapeEmployer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to build and strengthen Coforge's employer brand, particularly for executive and sales roles, enhancing the organization's reputation in the industryData-Driven Decisions: Analyze hiring metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvements to recruitment processes based on performance dataCompliance and Standards: Ensure all hiring practices are compliant with organizational policies, ethical standards, and industry regulationsRole Competencies:Experience: 10-15 years in recruitment, specifically in executive and sales hiring within the IT services industry (Candidates with a focus on technical recruitment in the current role will not be eligible)Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the IT services sector, especially roles at the executive and sales levelsExecutive Hiring Expertise: Proven track record in successfully hiring for senior and executive-level positions; experience in handling high-stakes searches and managing relationships with senior stakeholdersStakeholder Management: Strong ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teamsSourcing and Networking Skills: Exceptional ability to identify and engage passive candidates and build a strong executive talent pipelineAnalytical Skills: Proficiency in leveraging recruitment metrics and data to improve efficiency and outcomesCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and strategies to senior managementTechnology Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), executive search platforms, and other talent acquisition tools AGG
