Job summary· Lead and execute paid search strategy across primary international markets: US, UK, LATAM.· Drive visibility, bookings, and customer engagement through optimized paid search campaigns.· Ideal candidate should have a strong passion for hospitality, a nuanced understanding of different markets, and experience managing high-budget SEM campaigns at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy and Management· Develop and execute SEM strategies to increase online visibility, booking conversions, and brand recognition in US, UK, and LATAM.· Collaborate with Head of Digital Marketing to align SEM campaigns with business goals and regional objectives.· Conduct market research to understand travel behavior, booking patterns, and seasonal trends in target geographies.Keyword Research and Targeting· Perform extensive keyword research specific to the hospitality sector and each regional market.· Optimize keyword targeting and bidding strategies to maximize ROI, ensuring optimal ad placements and cost-per-click (CPC).Ad Creation and Optimization· Craft compelling, localized ad copy that resonates with target audiences, emphasizing Oyo's unique value proposition.· Continuously A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and extensions to improve ad quality scores, CTR, and conversion rates.Performance Analysis and Reporting· Monitor, analyze, and report on SEM campaign performance, focusing on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and booking conversions.· Use data-driven insights to refine bidding strategies, adjust budget allocations, and enhance campaign effectiveness.Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams· Partner with SEO, content, and creative teams to ensure an integrated digital marketing strategy.· Collaborate with web development team to ensure optimized landing pages and UX that align with SEM goals.Budget Management· Oversee and manage a substantial SEM budget, ensuring efficient allocation across geographies to maximize impact and adhere to budget constraints.Stay Current with SEM Trends· Keep updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new SEM tools for competitive advantage.· Participate in regular training and development to maintain SEM best practices, especially within the hospitality industry.Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.· 3+ years of experience managing SEM campaigns.· Proven track record in managing SEM campaigns in Domestic/international markets.· Proficiency in SEM platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising; experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data for actionable recommendations.· Familiarity with the hospitality booking ecosystem, including OTA and direct booking dynamics.· Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
