Skills and Qualifications:Technical Expertise:Proficient in Kotlin and Java with a strong understanding of Android SDKs.Experience with modern Android architecture components (e.g., MVVM, Jetpack, Hilt, LiveData).Expertise in building custom UI components and animations.Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party libraries (Retrofit, Glide, etc.).Knowledge of tools like Android Studio, Gradle, and debugging tools.Leadership:Proven ability to lead and deliver complex Android projects.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Testing & Deployment:Familiarity with unit testing, instrumentation testing, and automation frameworks.Experience in publishing apps on the Google Play Store and managing updates.Additional Skills:Knowledge of multi-threading and asynchronous programming.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase) and mobile analytics tools.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with large-scale Android applications.Knowledge of reactive programming (RxJava or Kotlin Coroutines).Prior experience in mentoring teams or working in a lead role.
