We work across diverse industries and sectors like Technology, Industrials, Energy, Chemicals, Life Sciences and Logistics, including market research, strategy, sales and marketing, R&D, and more.Key responsibilities will include:As a Customer Success SPOC (CS), you will be working with the clients very closely to ensure that are clients are maximizing the value they are receiving from Insightsfirst platform. This would mean, acting as a business partner to our clients and be the voice of the clients while working with various Evalueserve internal teams to exceed customer expectations.The CS will need to build a deep understanding of their clients, their business needs and their industry. As a CS you will be required to guide the clients across the Insightsfirst Platform customer journey - onboarding, implementation, launch and adoption of the platform. This role will require you to develop and run customer success enablement plans for 1:many engagements. The performance of the CS will be based on the deployment of customer success enablement plans and its impact on specific KPIs associated with client on-boarding, product adoption, expansion & retention.Minimum 4-6 years of consulting & account management experience from premier or boutique management consulting firmsShould have great analytical capability - should be able to structure business problems.Should be able to work hands-on to drive to most practical outcomes and high quality in all aspects of day-to-day workDevelop and Implement customer success enablement plans.Engaging with clients during onboarding and at different stages of customer journeyDocument findings from customer interactions and cross-collaborate with various teams - Sales, operations/delivery, Technology teams to deliver client needs.Develop and improve scalable processes and tools to drive customer success programs for clients.Track and report on key metrics related to customer success - adoption, upsell and experience.Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills - ability to convey business value propositions.Prior experience of working closely with C-suite and senior stakeholdersOutstanding interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively navigate difficult conversations and mediate to healthy outcomes.
