Details below:Job Summary: The Process Associate for Banking Operations will support various functions within the banking process, including transaction processing, customer service, and compliance. This role involves ensuring accurate and efficient handling of banking transactions and providing high-quality service to customers.Key Responsibilities:Assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and transaction-related questions. Provide prompt and professional support to resolve issues.Accurately input and update customer information and transaction details in banking systems.
