We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.As a Sales Manager, you play a pivotal role inPromoting our Vertical Market Approach.Planning and executing marketing and sales activities, e.g. customer seminars, sales visits, technical training sessions, factory visits, product launchesBuilding strategic relationships with allocated accounts within a dedicated country/region.Monitor the project pipeline of direct accounts closely and assist in deals closingSet and monitor action plans for each account to implement growth initiatives.Set yearly targets for each account and be accountable for achieving goalsOwn the numbers through accurate forecasting and reportingAssigning new channels where applicable to grow market share.Identifying, evaluating, and establishing suitable routes to market.Co-operate with fellow employees to ensure that departmental functions and objectives are achieved efficiently.QualificationsDegree in Engineering (Preferably mechanical or industrial)A minimum of 7 years' experience in the pumping systems of firefighting, plumbing and HVAC applications, with exposure to sales/marketing/distributors, preferably in an engineering/process control environment.Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.Sales force or similar CRM experienceFluency in English required, knowledge of a second language is preferred but not mandatoryJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
