Job details

Responsibilities:• Develop, maintain, and refine complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, project viability, and strategic initiatives.• Conduct thorough financial analyses, including valuation, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning, to support investment decisions and strategic planning.• Collect, integrate, and analyze financial data from various sources to ensure accurate and comprehensive models and reports.• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.• Conduct research on market trends, economic conditions, and industry benchmarks to inform modeling assumptions and investment strategies.• Work closely with other departments, including finance, operations, and strategic planning, to gather input and ensure alignment with organizational goals.• Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor and update models to reflect changing market conditions and project developments.• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging financial modeling techniques. Propose and implement improvements to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) is preferred.• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, or a related role. • Experience in the sports or golf industry is an advantage.Skills and Competencies:• Proficiency in financial modeling software and tools (e.g., Excel, VBA). Familiarity with financial databases and analysis tools is a plus.• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and create detailed forecasts.• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outputs.
