QA/QC Supervisor Civil And Electrical iENGINEERING (Private) Limited, Saudi Arabia Responsibilities:Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.Control all achieved documentation upon the completion of the project.Review all special inspections and material testing performed by third parties.Arrange timely inspection and approval of all materials/equipment delivered/completed installations at the site.Lead a group of QA/QC engineers and inspectors on the project.Allocate work to the Quality Engineers/inspectors and control them.Maintain controls on all QA/QC related documentation and records.Check the subcontractors' Q.C. procedures to ensure consistency with clients' Q.C. procedures.Perform internal audits on subcontractor personnel to ensure compliance with approved working procedures.Manage the NCR issue and follow-up with the concerned parties.Recommend and follow up on corrective actions to preclude internal (or external) deficiencies.Ensure that all necessary quality construction records such as inspection and test documents are filed and maintained properly within clients and subcontractor organizations.Create, read, interpret, and implement specifications, quality standards, work instructions, and regulations as required.Train and orient the QA/QC inspectors with the applicable project quality systems and procedures.Assist the QA/QC Manager in the development, coordination, and supervision of the project Quality Management System.Possess problem-solving skills and effectively read, write, and communicate in English.Job SpecificationMinimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Refinery.Degree/Diploma in any discipline with additional qualification in their respective field.
