OperationalResponsibilities:Utilizeknowledge of optical aids to advise patients on suitable eyewearsolutions.Interpreteye examination results and prescriptions from Optometrists andOphthalmologists.Assistpatients in selecting frames, considering factors such as weight,materials, styles, andcolors.Recommendappropriate lenses, coatings, and frames to meet customers'specificneeds.Takeaccurate measurements to determine suitable frame types and stylesfor individualpatients.Maintainingbrand standards and guidelines.Adjustframes to ensure proper fitting and comfort forpatients.Prepareorders for glasses and contact lenses, verifying prescriptions,lens thickness, and otherspecifications.Ensureaccuracy in processing orders for eyewearproducts.Provideguidance on caring for eye equipment and maintainingeyewear.Performframe adjustments, repairs, and replacements asneeded.Referpatients back to optometrists for further vision tests whenrequired.Meetsales targets with regard to selling frames and contactlenses.Qualifications:LicensedOptician by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties is amust.Provenexperience as an Optician in a retail or opticalsettingIn-Depthknowledge of vision correction, frame styling, lens types andcoatings.Proficiencyin performing accuracymeasurements.StrongCustomer service skills with the ability to establish and buildlastingrelationships.Excellentcommunication skills, both verbal andwritten.
