Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and leadership to make key technical decisions that drive product innovation.
- Develop new game formats and social features, working across multiple layers of the tech stack including presentation, server, and storage.
- Optimize for performance and user experience, managing networked resources and scalable operations.
- Participate in road mapping, daily stand-ups, and discussions to ensure adherence to best practices and relevant design patterns.
Desired Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with NodeJS, JavaScript, and other programming languages.
- Strong expertise in working with production databases.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience with large-scale third-party API integrations.
- Knowledge of networking protocols (REST, WebSockets, server-sent events).
