Responsibilities:

  1. Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  2. Assist clients in finding their way around the office.
  3. Announce clients as necessary.
  4. Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
  5. Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
  6. Prepare meeting and training rooms.
  7. Answer phones in a professional manner, and route calls as necessary.
  8. Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
  9. Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
  10. Answer, forward, and screen phone calls.
  11. Sort and distribute mail.
  12. Hire, manage, and develop the junior administrative team.
  13. Provide excellent customer service.
  14. Schedule appointments.
