You are open to constructive feedback at every moment. \ WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AT TBWA INDIA We are seeking a motivated and experienced Group Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Group Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing digital advertising strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns. If you are passionate about Digital marketing and have a knack for building strong client partnerships, we want to hear from you. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following: Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their goals and needs. Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, and meet or exceed client expectations. Daily Jobs: Should be able to develop Social Media Calendars and handle Performance marketing creatives, EDMs daily and release Digital MRs as and when required Competition analysis: Monitor the competition and their campaigns regularly Communication: Keep clients informed of campaign progress, provide regular reports, and address any inquiries or concerns promptly. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling creatives Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices. Digital Strategy: Collaborate with clients and strategy team to develop digital marketing strategies that align with their objectives and effectively utilize various online channels. Team Handling: You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team. You will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. \ WHO ARE YOU? You are Articulate with great Presentation skills You have the Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships You are Comfortable with MS suite ( PowerPoint and Excel) You are Savvy with Digital Marketing You have 5+ years’ experience in a digital Environment.
