Our client is a leading luxury fine dining restaurant & lounge in Dubai looking for an experienced Reservations Manager. What will you do
- Manage the reservation system including table assignments, seating arrangements, and guest preferences.
- Develop and implement reservation policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and mentor staff on the reservation system and provide ongoing support.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any concerns or feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and an exceptional guest experience.
- 3 years of experience in managing reservations and guest services for a fine dining restaurant in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of reservation and guest services systems.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
