Human Resources Executive (Recruitment)

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment and employee relations. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:Source and identify suitable candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Assist with the onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA's) Required to Successfully Perform the Job:Understanding of recruitment processes
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Conducting effective interviews
Reviewing resumes and applications
Effective communication
Flexibility to adapt to changing hiring needs
Knowledge of industry trends
Education, Experience, Licensure, and Certification Required for the Position:2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
Understanding of recruitment best practices and methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
