our team. The ideal candidate will have almost 7 years of experience in talent

acquisition, preferably within the SaaS or IT industry. If you are enthusiastic

End-to-End Recruitment:Manage the full

recruitment cycle for tech and non-tech roles, including job postings,

candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Sourcing and Talent Pipeline:Utilize innovative

sourcing methods to identify and engage high-quality candidates. Build and

maintain a pipeline of potential talent in different countries.

Collaboration:Partner with hiring

managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics. Provide guidance

and support throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive

candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely

feedback, and facilitating smooth transitions.

Market Research:Stay up-to-date with

industry trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies and

attract top talent.

Continuous Learning:Embrace opportunities for

professional development and apply new knowledge to improve recruitment

processes and strategies.Requirements:Experience:5+ years of experience in

talent acquisition or recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles,

preferably within the SaaS or IT industry.

International Recruitment:The applicant must have international hiring experience.

Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,

Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:Strong understanding of recruitment best

practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency

with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Passion:Genuine enthusiasm for learning and growing

within the field of HR and talent acquisition.

Adaptability:Ability to thrive in a

fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
