We are seeking an experiencedIndustrial RelationsSupervisorfor our manufacturing client based in KPK, Hattar, Haripur District. The ideal candidate will manage labor relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain positive labor-management relations.Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring fair and lawful resolutions.Implement labor policies and monitor compliance with labor laws and industrial regulations.Negotiate collective bargaining agreements with labor unions.Conduct disciplinary hearings and manage dispute resolution processes.Promote a harmonious working environment by fostering open communication between management and employees.Ensure all HR and IR practices align with company policies and local labor laws.Oversee workplace safety and health compliance in coordination with the safety team.Collaborate with legal counsel on matters related to labor law and employment issues.Requirements:Minimum of 4,5 years of experience in Industrial Relations or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations/Human Resources, Law, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and practices in Pakistan.Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Experience in handling unionized environments and collective bargaining processes.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 per month#J-18808-Ljbffr
