Your Responsibilies:- Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with the Product Management Team to develop and manage the global product roadmap for the flexibility services platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
- Local Market Collaboration: Partner with local product owners to gather insights on regional market requirements, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Feature Definition and Prioritization: Define product features, functionalities, and user stories in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring that the platform evolves in a way that maximizes value
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, design, and IT teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Customer-Centric Design: Advocate for the end-user by integrating customer feedback and insights into the product development process. Ensure that the platform delivers an exceptional user experience.
- Market Analysis and Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure the platform remains competitive and aligned with the latest market developments.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track the performance of the product post-launch, using data analytics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future development cycles.
- Proven Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management, particularly in digital platforms or within the energy sector.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the energy markets, with knowledge of decentralized energy resources and the associated value chain.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to understand technical aspects of digital platforms, including APIs, data integrations, and user interface design.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to unterstand data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that drive product success.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in german and english, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer Focus: A passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into products that deliver value and enhance the user experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications in product management is a plus.
