Job Description: ServiceNow SAM/HAM Developer

• 5 to 8 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment.
• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in implementing ITAM - SAM & HAM, CMDB, Discovery, etc.
• Client and Server APIs i.e. GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc
• Hands-on experience in configuration of end-to-end Software lifecycle processes including required rules & workflows for software compliance and license Mgmt.
• Good understanding of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, workflows, import sets, transform maps, bi-directional integrations via REST & SOAP, etc.
• Experience in MID server setup along with configuring integrations with 3rd party systems for data population of software assets.
• Must participate in build activities and conduct peer reviews and technical validation​.
• Document technical details and release notes.
• Work on bug fixes and core platform developments.

Certifications:

• ServiceNow Administration certification
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (SAM, HAM, Discovery, +various tracks)
