Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Factories to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a background in Flour production and strong management skills. As the Head of Factories, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our factories and ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety are met. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our factories, ensuring that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage and develop a team of factory managers and employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that production meets the demands of the market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and equipment.
• Monitor and control production budgets and expenses.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and implement best practices to continuously improve our operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong background in Flour production is a must.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple factories and achieving production targets.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
