What You’ll Do

  • Engage with Customers: Provide excellent support through email, chat, and inbound calls, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
  • Understand Client Needs: Build strong relationships by personalizing your approach to each interaction.
  • Troubleshoot with Precision: Diagnose and resolve client issues while ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with team members to share insights and develop innovative customer support strategies.
  • Improve Processes: Gather feedback to refine our services and identify areas for growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 1 year in customer support or a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication abilities that convey empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with customer support platforms like Zendesk or Freshdesk (preferred) and proficiency in tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Composure: Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented, even under pressure.
  • Industry Insight: Knowledge of eCommerce and CRM systems is a plus.

  • A stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
