- Engage with Customers: Provide excellent support through email, chat, and inbound calls, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.

- Troubleshoot with Precision: Diagnose and resolve client issues while ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate: Work closely with team members to share insights and develop innovative customer support strategies.
- Improve Processes: Gather feedback to refine our services and identify areas for growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 1 year in customer support or a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication abilities that convey empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with customer support platforms like Zendesk or Freshdesk (preferred) and proficiency in tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Composure: Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented, even under pressure.
- Industry Insight: Knowledge of eCommerce and CRM systems is a plus.
