We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, with a keen understanding of business development strategies. This role requires an individual who can effectively identify, engage, and close sales opportunities, while also contributing to the broader business development goals of the company.Key Responsibilities:Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitive landscape.Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Negotiation: Effectively negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.Feedback: Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and product development opportunities.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Dubai market.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Good understanding of business development principles and strategies.Job Type: Full-time
