We are looking for a Clinical Dietician and Nutritionist to provide expert nutrition assessments, interventions, and education for patients with diverse health conditions.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients, including medical history, dietary habits, and lab results.Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs.Educate patients and their families on nutrition principles, dietary modifications, and disease management.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients.Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting nutrition plans as necessary.Participate in clinical rounds and case conferences to provide nutrition expertise.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from an accredited institution.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3 to 5 years of experience.Experience:Dietician/ Nutritionist: 3 years (Required)License/Certification:DHA license/ eligibility letter (Required)Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
