Plumber

A) As a Plumber, you are responsible for all Plumbing & drainage installations, Water heaters, and pumps, Drainage & water supply system in the hotel building. Your role requires you to adhere to policies and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the Engineering Department. Key responsibilities include:Responsibilities and Duties:Regularly monitor all water supply pumps and equipmentRegularly monitor water tanks and control panelsRegularly inspect domestic and swimming pool water parameters according to set standardsCarry out planned preventative maintenance on all plumbing installations and equipment as assigned by the supervisorRegularly monitor required spare parts for plumbing repairs and report to the supervisorMonitor daily data records about swimming pool water temperatureComplete daily checklists as prepared by the supervisorRecord all plant room readings on a daily basisAssist other technical staff whenever requiredPerform other duties as assigned by the SupervisorAdditional duties and responsibilities:Portray a fair leadership style and be easily approachable for all employees, while possessing a good understanding of Maintenance operations
